This Department of Defense Freedom of Information Division case file, released to John Greenewald of The Black Vault, covers FOIA requests for DD Form 1910 prepublication review records tied to Luis Elizondo and AATIP. It includes the final response letters, internal memos and request information sheets, along with Elizondo's August 2017 emails to the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review. The file also contains the DD 1910 for the GoFast, Gimbal and FLIR videos, stamped cleared for open publication on August 24, 2017.

18-F-0448 18-F-0601 18-F-0644 18-F-0724 18-F-1352 May 1,2019 ## MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD (b)(6) DOPSR, (b)(6) called me regarding the five above-named cases. Mr. Glassel (18- F-0724) called because he saw an unsigned, partially redacted, stamped copy of DD Form 1910 that a Las Vegas paper released. He was inquiring to see if it was "legit." (b) called me asking if we had finalized these cases and if the form was released (by us). Background - DOPSR provided FOID 16 pages (that includes the DD 1910) to serve as responsive records on all five above-named cases. DOPSR recommended both USDI and DON/USNAVAIR review. On 7/27/18 a letter was sent to Navy citing all five case numbers and forwarded the documents for a review and return to us. On 7/27/18 USD(1) was tasked on SIPR CATMS to review the pages and their response would speak for all five related cases. On 9/14/18 USD(1) responded to the SIPR tasker as a Grant in Part citing (b)(6) removing "current and former NPSMS employee names. 5/1/19 I called Navy [202-685-0412] to determine status. They stated they sent the documents to their N2 and N6 to review and return. I asked if they could follow up with those directorates and provide an estimated completion date to us. They agreed to do so and get back with me. I called back and let her know of my discussion with Navy and that I would contact her once I heard back from Navy FOIA folks.
