It includes the final response letters, internal memos and request information sheets, along with Elizondo's August 2017 emails to the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review. The file also contains the DD 1910 for the GoFast, Gimbal and FLIR videos, stamped cleared for open publication on August 24, 2017.

DOPSR redacted the name of one DOPSR employee and has no objection to the release of all other DOPSR personnel names, email addresses, and phone numbers. DOPSR did not redact DoD names, email addresses, and phone numbers IAW DoD practice and defers to FOID and other agency/component offices on final release determination of their individuals' information. DOPSR recommends review of all responsive records by USD(I) and Navy/NAVAIR prior to release. While the attached 16 pages are not all responsive to this request, in the spirit of transparency and for ease of processing similar or duplicate requests, DOPSR recommends that FOID consider all pages responsive to this case as well as the other three..
