This is an FBI Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault, dated March 29, 2023, covering United Nuclear Scientific Supplies. It was the first interim release: of 517 pages reviewed, 119 were released. The records come from the FBI Albuquerque JTTF and describe a 2006 case. An unidentified caller asked the company for chemicals that could serve as Sarin precursors, then turned up in person at the business. The file also contains grand jury subpoenas and interview notes.

The caller was supposed to call back by 07/21/2006. _____ was going to attempt to get any contact information for the b6 caller at that time. The caller never called back. b7c On 07/17/2006, SA _____ provided the above information to WMDOU SSAl Ivia e-mail. On 07/19/2006, Dr. | ~| from the FBI Laboratory Division confirmed that the chemicals listed above are consistent with the production of Sarin (GB). Although, additional chemicals and or laboratory equipment not mentioned in the telephone call would be need to produce Sarin (GB). It is not known weather the caller had the additional chemicals necessary to produce Sarin or weather the caller did not know they were necessary.
