This Department of Defense FOIA release to John Greenewald of The Black Vault (case 18-F-0644) includes the DOPSR cover letters dated August 2019 and 16 pages of records. It contains Luis Elizondo's August 2017 DD Form 1910 clearance request for the videos "GoFast," "Gimble" and "FLIR1," filed under a research purpose involving UAS threats. The file also holds his emails with DOPSR reviewer Michael Russo and a form stamp showing the videos were cleared for open publication on August 24, 2017.

I am a freelance television producer often working on documentaries related to my FOIA requests , my work is commonly featured throughout major news organizations, and I freelance writer for news sites as well. I respectfully request a copy of records, electronic or otherwise, of the following : 1) All DD Form 1910's filed by Mr. Luis Elizondo to get videos declassified for public release. Specifically , Mr. Elizondo worked through OSD on the "Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program" or AATIP. According to Mr. Elizondo himself in an interview he conducted , he specifically stated he filed DD Form 1910's to get at least three videos declassified to the public. Please include these DD Form 1910's submitted by Mr. Elizondo to the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR). 2) I also ask that you include all correspondence relating to these DD Form 1910s, sent to/from Mr. Luis Elizondo and the DOPSR office . 3) I ask that you include all other DD Form 191 Os , submitted , that pertain to any/all material connected to the "Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program" or AA TIP.
