DD Form 1910 prepublication review request for the three videos

This Department of Defense FOIA release to John Greenewald of The Black Vault (case 18-F-0644) includes the DOPSR cover letters dated August 2019 and 16 pages of records. It contains Luis Elizondo's August 2017 DD Form 1910 clearance request for the videos "GoFast," "Gimble" and "FLIR1," filed under a research purpose involving UAS threats. The file also holds his emails with DOPSR reviewer Michael Russo and a form stamp showing the videos were cleared for open publication on August 24, 2017.
