This Central Intelligence Agency record, approved for release in July 2005, is an interview with a person whose name is withheld, on the subject of unidentified flying objects. The subject said he had extrasensory perception and could travel in a fourth dimension, and he described meeting saucer occupants on a screen. He also said that on the night of May 11 and 12 a red orb landed in the desert near a convention site and that he walked about twenty miles following a magnetic force.

Approved For Release 2005/07/20 : CIA-RDP81R00560F000100080020-2 Interview with on the subject of Unidentified Flying Objects STATINTL ## STATINTL ## STATINTL interview was very calm and relaxed at all times an talked with an earnest belief in what he had to say. ## STATINTL 2. explained that he has powers of extra sensory perception, brought about by a conditioning of the mind, which permit him to see and sense things about him of which others without this power are unaware. He explained that space ships are all about but they travel in a fourth dimension and are invisible unless they so will. People with highly developed senses are permitted to know or be aware of these space ships. The ships are from outer space and are here only for good. He has no fear of their presence at any time. 3. explained that he has the ability to travel in the fourth dimension. This happens when he is asleep. He explained that this is not a dream but that his twin body or other body travels. ## STATINTL 4. About two years ago had his first encounter with an unidentified flying object. This encounter occurred, as he stated, in the fourth dimension. He found himself in a strange place which he thought to be the wilds of the Pacific northwest when the saucer appeared. The saucer stopped some distance away and a screen, similar to a T9 screen, appeared. A total of six men appeared on the screen, two at a time, speaking in a friendly manner. On this flight, he reported, they were accompanied on three different occasions by flying saucers. Presence of the saucers was determined by one of the airplanes two companies which always acted strangely when saucers were near.
