This sanitized Central Intelligence Agency information report, approved for release on 2 April 2001, sets out UFO sightings reported in February and March 1968 over Ladakh, Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan. For each sighting it gives the date, local time, area, direction of flight and a description of the object. The objects included bright lights, rocket-like trails and objects heard with thunder sounds. A metallic disc-shaped object was reportedly found in a crater near Pokhara, Nepal. Pages also quote Donald Keyhoe and Edward Condon.
