This is a Central Intelligence Agency document with a release date of 2013-06-26. It is titled Guidance to UFO Photographers and gives ten steps for photographing a UFO. The steps cover camera settings, film, and shutter speed, and they ask for several pictures. The photographer should take shots from different spots to set a base line, then take a 360 degree series of the surrounding area and keep the original negatives safe.
