This CIA dispatch dated 6 December 1965, released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, relays follow-up information from the source CASTROP. It concerns Police Officer School students from Berlin/Charlottenburg and Fuerstenberg/Mecklenburg who served in the SIPO and SD Operational Group under von Woyrsch in Poland in September 1939. It lists detachment members, including Heinrich Spiegelhauer, and asks the Berlin Document Center to trace their assignments for war crimes investigations. It also notes Munich file traces on several individuals.

B, the fallasin: additional information of the involvement of the student body of the Police Offleeru Schools at Berlin/Charlottenburg and Fuerstenberg/Mocalentburg in SXPO and 8D operations in Poland in September 1955 has been provided by allas CASTROP; a. The operational group engaged at the outbreak of the war in Poland in September 1939 was the so-called BIPO and 8D Operational Group with the 14th Army (Blimutgruppen b.b.V. der Polizei und 8D Lei ver 14 Armee). b. This operational group was commanded by the SS-Obergruppenfuehrer Otto von MOTCH (born 24 July 1855 in Schwarzwitz), and was activated on 3 September 1935. It was composed of four battalions of Ordnungspolizei under the command of the SIPO Calcnei, Dr. OLHOTTEN and a 750-man Special SIPO Detachment under SS Oberfuehrer, Dr. Otto RASCH (born on 7 December 1851 in Friedrichshuh). The Special SIPO Detachment was recruited from the student body of the Police Officer School in Berlin/Charlottenburg, whose commanding officer was Brigadefuehrer Otto HELLID (born on 4 February 1854 in Werdhausen) as well as from the student body of the Fusstenberg/Macklenburg Police School, whose commanding officer was one SS-Oberfuehrer THOMPILER. HELLID's Deputy at the time was Kriminalrat SKIRCHHE (born on 7 June 1906 in Bam or on 14 February 1906 in Appartal).
