This is a partly legible Central Intelligence Agency classified cable, released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and filed in the Waldemar Seebode records. It is dated 25 August 1970 and sent to the Director. It answers earlier Director cables and describes plans to send cables on 2 September. It also mentions arranging alias documentation as a medium-level KPD/ML leader if needed and making a slight change to a suggested text. The cable has no UFO content.
