This undated Central Intelligence Agency memorandum was sent to the Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service in reply to a request for derogatory information on Nicolae Malaxa, a Romanian industrialist. It reviews certified Romanian records supplied in 1949 on Malaxa's behalf. It covers claims that he collaborated with Germany, his links to the Iron Guard and his arrest after the 1941 revolt, and compensation arranged by the Communist-dominated government. It also reports his continued financial support of exile groups. The document contains no UFO material.

One of these organisations in Gerazor, Association of Free Germans fromftmnias is led by Revert SCOEVER, an individual with a known Communist record. 30.
