This is a CIA official dispatch dated 23 April 1956, sent from the Chief of the EE division to the Chief of Station and to the Bonn, Berlin and Munich bases. It was released in 2001 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act. The heavily garbled text answers a request for services for an organization. It says a brochure and program material are being forwarded under separate cover and suggests working with a local representative. Here "UFO" appears only in the routing line, and nothing in the text concerns aerial phenomena.
