This is a classified cable from the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency to the SR representative in Salzburg, dated 1 December 1953 and filed in the CIA's Otto von Bolschwing records. Replying to Salzburg message 1994 under the heading INTEL/GROSSBAHN, it says no action is possible until security checks are finished, which are expected by 4 December. The CIA declassified and released the cable under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act.
