This is a Central Intelligence Agency incoming classified cable from Berlin to Special Operations in Washington, marked SECRET, part of the agency's Bolschwing file. It proposes having the CIC told that the Bolschwing file cannot be located, which would stall CIC action for the required 90 days. It also says no action was taken in Berlin on a related Pullach message. The cable was declassified and released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act.
