This Central Intelligence Agency file from the Ludtke, Wilhelm Karl special collection, declassified under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, contains a routing sheet and a dispatch from the Chief of Base, Berlin to Chief, EE dated October 1955. The dispatch records an oral contract under the BECRIPPLE project engaging an individual from 1 October 1955 at a monthly salary of 500 DM West, with expenses, per diem limits and termination terms. It does not concern UFOs.

In accordance with the terms of the JEORIPPLS project the individual named has been engaged by me, under oral contract, for an indefinite tern. The effective date of oral contreat is 1 October 1555. 2. Datil further not's, subject will receive a menthly salary of 500.00 MK West. Subject will be reimbursed for all operational expenses incurred. Subject will receive per diem while on operational travel, the amount not to exceed 25.00 DI West for any ene day period. 5. In aceortance with oral contract subject is not entitled to annual or sick leave benefits, disability compensation, nor will his dependents be entitled to death benefits. 4. Termination of oral contract may be made at any time, howslor , subject must give the case officer 60 days notice prior to resignation and the case officer must give subject notice SO days prior to termination. 5.
