This Central Intelligence Agency name trace file was released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and centers on Lothar Greil. It includes a 6 April 1956 request from the 7982 USAREUR Liaison Group asking for file searches on about ten individuals, among them Greil, Erich Kernmayer and Angela Witte. The CIA base replies quote file extracts saying Greil became president of the "Association of Harmed and Threatened by Communism" in Munich. They also describe Kernmayer as a writer and former officer. The file contains no UFO material.

(2) BULA-212, 28 January 1953. Bula O'WILLY was recruited by ZIP RX In October 1951 to be used as an interceptor and recruiter of refugees. He was dropped effective 1 December 1952. He was a very expensive in vestment in view of the fact he produced virtually nothing.
