This CIA FOIA release, approved in 2022, holds a June 5, 2006 appeal from Larry W. Bryant to the CIA Records-Release Panel, along with the agency's replies. Bryant challenges the CIA's refusal to treat him as a news media requester in two requests: one on John Joseph McCarthy Jr. and PROJECT CHERRY, the other on Philip J. Corso.
