This is a Central Intelligence Agency routing and record sheet from the Domestic Collection Division (DCD), dated 27 May 1976. It is addressed to an unnamed doctor and refers to a recent discussion between the sender and that doctor. It says some material the doctor may find interesting is attached, and it points in particular to attachment A, which it says a source obtained. The attachments are not included in the text, and the sheet reaches no conclusions.
