This is a Central Intelligence Agency cable dated 16 July 1991, released in 2010. It lists Soviet radio commentary and broadcast items for that day, numbered 1601 to 1625. Most items deal with Gorbachev's meetings with G-7 leaders in London, the Bessmertnykh and Baker START accord, and Soviet-Japanese cooperation. One "USSR Today" segment contains a four-minute report on a UFO sighting in Krasnoyarsk, but the list gives no details of it.
