This unclassified CIA message, dated 1 September 1993, is a service log for Video Compilation Project 107 that lists Russian television items monitored in late August 1993. The items filed include Novosti and Vesti reports on Arctic shipping, defense conversion, the Moscow air show, train crashes, harvests and troop withdrawals. Among the programs scanned and found negative was a Vladivostok documentary about UFOs broadcast on 31 August. The log contains no UFO reporting beyond that one listing.
