This unclassified CIA record, dated 25 March 1993, summarizes a Russian-language broadcast that China Radio International aired from Beijing that day. Most of the program was news: the National People's Congress, Chinese economic reform, nuclear power, relations with Hong Kong and Taiwan, and foreign events in Russia, Bosnia, Iraq and Australia. It also lists a 15.5-minute mailbag segment reporting on UFOs, but the summary gives no details of what that segment said.
