This is an unclassified CIA foreign broadcast monitoring summary of Phnom Penh Domestic Service radio programs in Cambodian, aired at 2300 GMT on 23 February 1991 and 0430 GMT on 24 February 1991. Most items cover Cambodian trade union meetings, military clashes, rice planting, reforestation and local development. One foreign news item reports that a Soviet jet fighter disappeared after encountering an unidentified flying object. No further details are given.
