This Central Intelligence Agency report, distributed on 30 July 1954, compiles unevaluated foreign newspaper accounts of unidentified flying object sightings published between 19 January and 15 May 1954. It covers reports from France, Sweden, Norway, Algeria, the Union of South Africa and British Malaya. Among them are a cigar-shaped object near the Pyrenees, three rotating objects in V-formation seen over Kautokeino by Sheriff Oskal and his deputies, and cigar-shaped objects over Swettenham. The report gives no conclusions.
