This is a Central Intelligence Agency letter dated 2 July 1959 from Herbert Scoville, Jr., Assistant Director, to George Wyllie of Cleveland, Tennessee. Scoville writes that Allen W. Dulles passed him the book "They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers" together with Wyllie's letter and asked him to send the book back once he had finished with it. The letter thanks Wyllie for bringing the material to the agency's attention and gives no assessment of the book.
