This Central Intelligence Agency letter, dated April 4, 1958, answers Leon Davidson of White Plains, New York. It acknowledges his March 11 letter asking questions about UFOs. The CIA says the subject is mainly the concern of the Department of the Air Force, so it has sent his letter to that department for reply. The letter is signed by the Executive Officer, and a copy went to the Air Force for the attention of a named major.
