This is a short Central Intelligence Agency cover letter dated December 20, 1957, from Philip G. Strong, Deputy Assistant Director, to Dr. H. P. Robertson, Chairman of the Defense Science Board at the Pentagon. Strong refers to an earlier conversation the two had about Unidentified Flying Objects. He encloses a copy of a letter to the Air Force, marked secret, and an unclassified, declassified version of the Panel Report for Robertson's information.
