This is a short Central Intelligence Agency cable dated 10 April 1967, sent from the Contacts office in New York to Contacts in Washington. It concerns a request for a film titled "UFO-Fact or Fancy." New York says the agency's established channels there would handle the request most quickly. It warns that getting involved in routine film actions tends to disrupt the smooth working relationship on film procurement. The document was approved for release on 17 November 1978.
