Documents / FOIA release
This Central Intelligence Agency cable dated 14 May 1957 is a short routine message from the Chicago office. It asks what progress has been made on a case, which was discussed earlier by telephone, and on related correspondence that is now more than a month old. The sender warns that further delay adds fuel to the fire. They also say people at Wright Field are waiting for advice. The cable asks for a prompt reply.
