This is a final response letter dated December 23, 2008, from Delores M. Nelson, Information and Privacy Coordinator at the Central Intelligence Agency, answering FOIA request F-2009-00135. The requester had asked for the 1,757 UFO pages released after Director Woolsey's 14 December 1993 radio interview. The letter states that the Agency has released 2,779 pages of UFO-related documents, which are not indexed. It encloses a listing and offers the full package for $267.90 or individual documents at ten cents per page.

December 23, 2008 APPROVED FOR RELEASE DATE: 24-Aug-2010 Reference: F-2009-00135 This is a final response to your 28 October 2008 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on 5 November 2008, for a copy of the 1,757 pages pertaining to UFOs that was released as a result of Director Woolsey's 14 December 1993 radio interview. With regard to your request, as of this date, the Agency has released 2,779 pages of UFO-related documents. These documents are not indexed; and the FOIA does not require federal agencies to perform research, create records, answer questions, or conduct unreasonable searches through a body of material to see if any of it is related to a particular request. In response to requests for UFO-related documents, we provide a listing to requesters, who then have the option of purchasing the complete package for $267.90 or requesting specific documents from the list. Enclosed is a listing of the documents. Please advise if you are interested in purchasing the 2,779 previously released UFO pages or if you wish to order from the enclosed listing. If so, please mark the desired documents and return the printout to us. We will forward whatever documents you wish at a cost of ten cents per page less the first 100 pages to which you are entitled free as a requester in the "all other" fee category.
