This undated Central Intelligence Agency fragment, catalogued as 1956, is a poorly transcribed note about the national security side of UFO reports. The author says one part of the issue is outside the writer's own office but still matters to the CIA because it affects national security. It warns that a mass wave of UFO reports could cause mass hysteria, overload radar systems and overload communication facilities.
