This Central Intelligence Agency memorandum, heavily redacted and dated 25 June 1976, records a meeting with a representative of the Office of Research and Development (ORD) about that office's possible interest in a UFO case. Copies of a memo and the original were provided on request. The ORD contact thought there could be ongoing interest pending evaluation, asked for more information on the system, and asked that ORD's interest be kept low profile.
