This CIA cover letter from the Office of Scientific Intelligence, signed by Philip Strong and dated 3 June 1958, is addressed to Major Lawrence J. Tacker of the Air Force Information Service at the Pentagon. It follows telephone talks between Tacker and LaFee L. Teel, and it encloses a letter from Leon Davidson, who kept asking about UFOs. It also encloses a copy of the CIA's reply telling Davidson that his query had been forwarded to the Air Force for an answer.
