This is a short Central Intelligence Agency letter to Leon Davidson from the Executive Officer, sent on behalf of Mr. Dulles. The file's date is 1958-03-05, but the text is also marked April 1958. The letter thanks Davidson for a March letter asking about a subject shown in the scan only as a garbled term. It explains that the subject is mainly a concern of the Department of the Air Force, so his letter was passed to that department for reply. Copies went to the Secretary of the Air Force.
