This Central Intelligence Agency cover letter to Dr. Thornton Page of The Johns Hopkins University Operations Research Office in Chevy Chase, Maryland, is dated November 5, 1957. It refers to a prior conversation on Unidentified Flying Objects. It encloses, for Page's information, a copy of a letter to the Air Force classified Secret and a declassified version of the Panel Report. The text appears twice, with slightly different wording for the second attachment.
