This is a cover letter dated November 5, 1957, from Philip G. Strong, a Central Intelligence Agency Deputy Assistant Director, to Dr. H. P. Robertson, Chairman of the Defense Science Board at the Pentagon. Following up on an earlier conversation about Unidentified Flying Objects, Strong sends Robertson a copy of a letter to the Air Force and the declassified version of the Panel Report. The release contains two nearly identical copies of the letter.
