This is a Central Intelligence Agency information report on flying saucers in the Netherlands. It carries report number 00-B-55478, is marked as unevaluated information and was distributed on 2 September 1952. The surviving text says that on 24 July, at about 6:30, a woman and her four children saw a large formation of flying saucers over Arnhem. The objects came from the north in a V formation, stayed in view for several minutes and then suddenly disappeared to the south.

"On July 24 at about 6:30 a big formation of 'Flying Saucers' was seen above Arnhem. Mrs and her four children, two sons of 16 and 13 and two daughters of 12 and 10, saw them coming in 'V' formation from the North and they could see them for several minutes before they suddenly disappeared to the South."
