This Central Intelligence Agency information report, numbered CS-3/611,903 and distributed on 22 October 1959, covers information from late August to early September 1959. The five-page report has several deleted subjects; the one released is headed "Possible Unidentified Flying Object." It records that at about 2030 hours a luminous orange ball was seen to the left of a train. The object seemed to be in flight and vanished in the air after a short time, and no further information about it was obtained.
