This heavily redacted Central Intelligence Agency cable, dated 5 May 1976, concerns UFO research and a request from the Office of Research and Development (ORD) for more information. It says ORD is interested in the work of someone whose name is removed, and that a qualified analyst is trying to evaluate a system that is also redacted. The cable notes that earlier correspondence mentioned a possible fuller description of the system and asks to be told of any new developments.
