This NICAP compilation of US Air Force Project Blue Book records covers the Exeter, New Hampshire sighting of 3 September 1965. It includes the Pease AFB initial report, Eighth Air Force details on the operation "Big Blast" B-47 flights, and letters from Patrolmen Eugene Bertrand and David Hunt disputing the aircraft explanation. There is also correspondence with John G. Fuller and a 1965 Pease AFB request for speakers. Blue Book listed the sighting as unidentified because no aircraft could be placed in the area at 0200.

(4) The object was erratic in movement and would disappear behind trees and houses in the area. It would then appear at a position other than where it disappeared. When in view it would act as a floating leaf.
(5) Object departed on a heading of 160 degrees and was observed until it disappeared in the distance.
