This NICAP compilation of US Air Force Project Blue Book records covers the Exeter, New Hampshire sighting of 3 September 1965. It includes the Pease AFB initial report, Eighth Air Force details on the operation "Big Blast" B-47 flights, and letters from Patrolmen Eugene Bertrand and David Hunt disputing the aircraft explanation. There is also correspondence with John G. Fuller and a 1965 Pease AFB request for speakers. Blue Book listed the sighting as unidentified because no aircraft could be placed in the area at 0200.

(4) Five red lights in a row. (5) Lights were close together and moved as one object. (6) None (7) None (8) None (9) Extremely bright red. b. Description of course of object. (1) Visual sighting. (2) Object was at an altitude of approximately 100 ft and moved in an arc of 135 degrees. (3) Object disappeared at an altitude of approximately 100 ft on a mag. heading of approximately 160 degrees.
