This Memorandum for Record from the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), dated January 8, 2024, lists AARO's repeated efforts between June 2023 and January 2024 to interview David Grusch for its congressionally directed Historical Record Report. Grusch agreed to an interview on November 14, 2023, but did not appear, and he cited concerns about classified information. AARO concluded he had no intention of providing information. The release also includes email threads, text messages and authorization memoranda from DoD and ODNI.

What do you mean by "you're free to ask"?
What UAP-related IG investigation are you referring to? The one on Grusch or the broader review?

He wouldn't know if it was waived if he "found" it, and as I said, I know what he was actually briefed to.
I' ve been told by the IG the UAP related investigation has been closed for a year - he is free to tell us, and you' re free to
ask.
There is no excuse for not providing an authorized disclosure.
