This Memorandum for Record from the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), dated January 8, 2024, lists AARO's repeated efforts between June 2023 and January 2024 to interview David Grusch for its congressionally directed Historical Record Report. Grusch agreed to an interview on November 14, 2023, but did not appear, and he cited concerns about classified information. AARO concluded he had no intention of providing information. The release also includes email threads, text messages and authorization memoranda from DoD and ODNI.

Please provide responses so that we can hopefully move forward and schedule a meeting. The law may grant your office need-to-know, but does not establish policies and procedures with various data owners. I have managed multi-compartmented activities throughout my entire career and have multiple DCSA security professional certifications. I did not ask these questions for mere curiosity. DG 3
