DoD and Intelligence Community Authorization to Provide Information to AARO

This undated memorandum for record from the Office of the Secretary of Defense is signed by Maj Gen David W. Abba, Director of the DoD Special Access Program Central Office. It authorizes AARO representatives to interview people who have or had access to sensitive government information. It also lets people give AARO UAP-related information covered by nondisclosure agreements, under Section 1673 of the FY2023 NDAA. Such disclosures must take place in secure spaces, and individuals must keep safeguarding classified information.
