This is a US Air Force Project Blue Book fact sheet dated 1 February 1966. It explains the program's history as Projects Sign and Grudge, its two objectives, its three-phase investigation process, and how reports are classed as identified, insufficient data or unidentified. It concludes that no UFO has threatened national security or shown technology beyond current science, and that nothing indicates extraterrestrial vehicles. It also includes sighting statistics for 1947 to 1965 and an American Meteor Society fireball report form.
This July 1994 Department of the Air Force package, from SAF/AAZ to the Secretary of the Air Force, covers a report written to support a General Accounting Office audit requested by Congressman Steven Schiff. The Air Force searched its offices, archives and records centers and interviewed witnesses, including Sheridan Cavitt. It found no evidence of an extraterrestrial event, alien bodies or a cover-up. It concludes that the debris recovered near Roswell in 1947 most likely came from a Project MOGUL balloon.
The Roswell Report: Fact versus Fiction in the New Mexico Desert was published in 1995 by Headquarters United States Air Force. It was written in response to Representative Steven H. Schiff's request and a General Accounting Office audit, and it contains Col. Richard L. Weaver's report and 1st Lt. James McAndrew's synopsis, along with attachments, appendices and photographs. The report says researchers found no evidence of an extraterrestrial craft or crew. It concludes that the 1947 debris came from a Project MOGUL balloon train.

It covers the Air Force's UFO investigations from 1948 to 1969 under Projects Sign, Grudge and Blue Book: 12,618 sightings were investigated, and 701 remain unexplained. It records that Blue Book ended on December 17, 1969, and that its conclusions found no threat to national security and no evidence of extraterrestrial vehicles. It also includes yearly sighting totals and a list of private UFO study organizations.
