office area, has tlowd through the district headquarters eo that
inYestigatione could be conducted in the light ot all relevant
information gatered from surrounding areas and not in ieolated
relationship to a given Air Force installation.

have been submitted to the local commander tor such attention ae
he hae deemed appropriate in the proper discharge ot hi• C<llllland
responsibil2 t ies . In addition, copies ot innstiga.tiw :reports
pNpared by the district otf'ices ot OSI have been for,,,arded to
OSI Headquarters for review and central filing . All in'nlatigationa
of a su:)atant ive nature have been monitored by the appropriate
division in OSI Headquarters so that ea ch investigation !!l\tbt be
