Second Navy range fouler release

This December 8, 2023 letter from the Department of the Navy's FOIA/PA Program Office answers John Greenewald of The Black Vault. His July 2022 FOIA request sought UAP reports involving the USS Theodore Roosevelt from 2014 onward. The Navy points him to a publicly posted set of redacted range fouler reports. Attached are heavily redacted classified Range Fouler Reporting Forms used by the UAPTF, and some narratives describe multiple UAS sighted around the reporting platform.
