RG 255 Tape T-763 (R1b) transcripts

This PURSUE Release 1 record, released by the US Department of War on 2026-05-08, is the transcript of NASA tape T-763 (R1b). On it, a public affairs officer presents air-to-ground audio from the Gemini 7 flight. Borman reports a bogey at ten o'clock high, along with hundreds of small particles in polar orbit about three or four miles away. Lovell describes the tumbling booster at his two o'clock position. The officer ends by noting the references to the bogey at 4 hours 24 minutes into the flight.
