This record, from the Brazilian Air Ministry's I Regional Air Command (I COMAR), 2nd Section, is marked confidential and logs UFO sightings in Pará state. Each entry gives the place, date, color, shape, movement, estimated altitude, distance and witnesses. The sightings run from September 1977 into November 1977 at Colares, Santo Antônio do Tauá, Vigia, Mosqueiro and the Bay of Marajó. Witnesses reported physical effects such as paralysis, and the A2/I COMAR team made its own observations with theodolite angles and photographs. Copies of local newspaper clippings from 1978 are attached.

# CONFIDENTIAL I COMANSA LEREO REGIONAL 2ª SEÇÃO REG Nº 055 ANE XO NOTA : O OVNI foi observado pelo relator desde a Vila do Mosqueiro no rumo Baia do Sol/Ponta do Machadinho (Ilha ' de Colares) à distância aproximada de 15 Km em linha reta. O relator percebeu que compassadamente o CL emi-tia em sua parte inferior rocos de luz azulada. Em dado momento aproximaram-se do OVNI maior dois pequenos corpos luminos que procediam de direções opostas ( não precisou o rumo ) que foram como que absorvidos pelo ' maior. Cerca de três minutos após, desligaram-se daquele, 05 (cinco) pequenos corpos luminosos que tomaram ' direções opostas entre si. Em seguida o OVNI maior dirigiu ao solo três rápidos e consecutivos focos de luz azul muito intensa( como Flash) e deslocou-se para o rumo Nordeste, com grande velocidade.
