This record, from the Brazilian Air Ministry's I Regional Air Command (I COMAR), 2nd Section, is marked confidential and logs UFO sightings in Pará state. Each entry gives the place, date, color, shape, movement, estimated altitude, distance and witnesses. The sightings run from September 1977 into November 1977 at Colares, Santo Antônio do Tauá, Vigia, Mosqueiro and the Bay of Marajó. Witnesses reported physical effects such as paralysis, and the A2/I COMAR team made its own observations with theodolite angles and photographs. Copies of local newspaper clippings from 1978 are attached.

Dia 28.11.78 às 18:15Z,no través de TOMÉ-AÇU,no nivel 80,quando iniciava a descida, observou o deslocamento de um / OBJETO VGADOR NÃO IDENTIFICADO (OVNI),cerca de 2000ft abaixo do seu nível (ACFT) em um ângulo visual de m/m 45°; o OVNI // manteve-se em vôo nivelado por um período de 4 (quatro) minutos,com a mesma velocidade da aeronave (posição relativa); em seguida subiu em ângulo acentuado (derrapando) com grande velocidade.0 Relator não observou detalhes estruturais,devido / seu estado emocional decorrente do avistamento.
