This Black Vault release contains FAA Alaskan Region correspondence and an order form for records on the Japan Air Lines Flight 1628 unidentified traffic sighting of November 17, 1986. A May 14, 1987 letter points requesters to an NTIS report, and a February 21, 1987 letter from Public Affairs Officer Paul Steucke introduces the itemized list.
